Intelact Business Consultancy and Red Sky Farm Business Analysis

Intelact is committed to improving clients' profitability. This resulted in a division of Intelact being established called Intelact Business Consultancy with the specific aim to provide clients and their consultants the support required to improve their business performance.

Several years ago Intelact initiated the formation of regional financial discussion groups within our client base. These continue to operate with all participants having their full business performance analysed through Red Sky and the groups having an open book policy within each regional discussion group. Red Sky has allowed us to benchmark the individual farms against each other as well as against the average and top 10% in the New Zealand dairy industry.

These groups have enabled Intelact to continue to fine tune the development of farm systems to more reliably improve the underlying profitability of all clients farm business.

Intelact see the continued expansion of the database of clients’ financial analysis as key to our continued success in leading the way in the development of integrated farm management policies that improve profitability within our client base.

We believe that the dairy industry’s demand for the information that a Red Sky Farm Business Analysis provides will be considered essential in the future by all farmers.
